How It Works
Build Weekly Ranking
1-week: upload 1 file. 6-week: upload 6 files.
Expected: 8 numbers per DA — the week (Packages, Stops, PPH, SPH) then the 6 Wk Trailing block.
Route Performance Coaching Tracker (.xlsx) — one row per coaching email. Auto-fills from the “Wk ##” in the pasted email text; change it if needed.
6-week mode expects 6 PDF files and uses trailing email metrics.
Formulas with CRP require the Coaching Tracker upload.
Saved Snapshots
Driver Exemptions — Under-500 Package Rule 19 saved

Drivers on this list (OMs, OLs, Leads, Rescuers) skip the “Delivered < 500 packages = 0% DSB” rule — all other scoring still applies. The list is saved and applied automatically to every future ranking.

Checked names stay exempt; unchecked are removed. Build a ranking first to add this week's drivers without typing.
